Welcoming you During the Pandemic -

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Lerab Ling. Our highest priority is to ensure that you enjoy your retreat while ensuring the health and well-being of you and those you come into contact with at Lerab Ling.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, and in order to ensure that hygiene measures are up to current health standards throughout Lerab Ling, we have limited the number of participants per event.

We will ask each of you to support us by respecting hygiene measures during your retreat so that everyone can enjoy each other's company in a safe and friendly manner.

  • Everyone joining activities in Lerab Ling is required to present a recent (within 24 hours) negative COVID test (PCR or antigen) on arrival, or a valid certificate of vaccination (To be fully vaccinated at lest one week before coming) - Please read carefully below to know more about our COVID measures.
  • - NEW - In addition, we ask people who have been vaccinated to also take a COVID test 24 hours maximum before their arrival (in pharmacy or self-test). This is an additional precaution, taking into account the latest recommendations from the French government.
  • We ask you to please cancel your stay if you experience symptoms such as cough, fever or respiratory symptoms, or have been in contact with someone sick within the last ten days.
  • We recommend that anyone in an "at risk" group who is not vaccinated, such as elderly people or those with pre-existing health conditions follow the retreat ONLINE (whenever possible) rather than in person at Lerab Ling. Your health is our highest priority.

Please keep in mind to respect health safety measures (such as physical distancing, strict handwashing and so on) and to wear a mask while travelling to Lerab Ling - especially if you travel by public transport and have to mingle with others during your trip.
