A one-hour Public Talk with Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche
Participation on a donation basis.

Buddhism is one of the main spiritual traditions alive today. The aim of Buddhism is to help us to naturally develop the wisdom and compassion that is present in all of us, by means of practices such as meditation.

During this talk we will discover that the teachings of the Buddha are still completely relevant to our times and can be applied to our daily life in order to support us and improve our relationship with others.

Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche is a well-known Buddhist teacher and the abbot of Shechen monastery in Nepal.

Please note – This public talk is on a donation basis. As places are limited it is important to register for the event in advance.
