This retreat invites you to discover meditation in an authentic spiritual setting, while taking care of your body through walking, yoga, and Qi Gong.

Mornings: deepening your meditation practice.

 You will be gradually guided in the art of meditation: working on emotions, exploring mindfulness (Shamatha), and an introduction to insight (Vipashyana). Clear and accessible instructions will accompany you every step of the way.

Afternoons: meditation in motion.

Time to discover! Yoga, meditative walking, Qi Gong… Experienced teachers will share their expertise with you and help you experience meditation through the body and movement.
