Congregation Rigpa Lerab Ling and its community, are committed to providing a safe and caring environment for all who visit Lerab Ling. 

Providing a safe and caring environment means that Lerab Ling has put measures in place to ensure the well-being and safety of all those who come to participate in activities and/or stay at Lerab Ling. If anyone encounters any difficulty relating to their own well-being or that of others during their stay, regardless of their age, gender or ability, everyone, adults and children alike, can inform us in complete confidence and we will address their concern.

In particular, Lerab Ling has put policies and procedures in place, such as a Code of Conduct, Shared Values Guidelines and a Grievance Procedure, to ensure the protection of everyone.
