Sinsi Ong was born in Paris into a Chinese family. After a career in the music industry, he undertook a traditional three-year retreat at Lerab Ling, marking a decisive turning point in his life journey.

He has studied the teachings of the Buddha under the guidance of Tibetan masters for over thirty years. He has received extensive training and fulfilled various roles, including that of instructor. Today, he teaches classes and leads retreats with joy and passion in France, the Netherlands, and online.
