Discover Lerab Ling in the afternoon from Tuesday to Sunday

In 2024, temple visits are open from 31 March to 3 November.

Please find below two options for visiting us.

1. SUNDAY AFTERNOON VISITS

Self-guided visit with reservation

Sunday afternoon visits are an opportunity to explore :

  • The temple's esplanade and interior on your own. You can download an audio guide to your mobile phone using the IZI App (available in English, German and Spanish).

  • Participate in a guided meditation
  • Watch a film about the history and vocation of Lerab Ling.
  • Guides are also available to answer questions. It is recommended that you book in advance.

Please note - It is possible to have lunch at Lerab Ling before your visit, subject to availability. You can check the dates below to book your meal. Please book your meal and/or visit below.

Wearing a mask is recommended in the temple for those who feel fragile or at risk.

    Standard fee: €8
    Concession fee: €5

    Free admission for children under the age of 15, monks and nuns

    We accept cash, credit cards and chèques-vacances payments

  • > REGISTER FOR YOUR VISIT
  • > BOOK YOUR LUNCH

    You can book a vegetarian lunch online at the same time as your visit. The lunch is prepared with fresh and organic products. Please arrive at the welcome centre (car park level) at 12 noon. Available every Sunday upon reservation, €15 per person.

    Please note - Reservations for meals close on Friday at 12 noon

2. VISITS FROM TUESDAY TO SATURDAY, IN THE AFTERNOON

Self-guided visit without reservation

These visits are an opportunity to explore:

  • The esplanade around the temple and, depending on availability, access to the interior of the temple. Due to our retreat programme, the temple may be closed on certain days, during which time only the esplanade is accessible.

  • > BOOK YOUR LUNCH

    Please call us on + 33 (04) 67 88 46 00 if you wish to book a meal and present yourself at the reception (at the car park) at 11.50 am at the latest. €15 per person.
    The lunch is prepared with fresh and organic products. Few meals are available.
