Discover the True Nature of Love –
How to deal with fear and uncertainty in an increasingly challenging world.
The Buddha taught on Loving Kindness as an antidote to fear and a way to reconnect with the immeasurable treasure of love and confidence we all have within us. This practice has proved to be tremendously helpful to both those who are familiar with meditation and those who are completely new to it.
Many of us long to love and to become more fearless, instead we often find ourselves feeling more and more lonely, frustrated and hard-hearted. The practice of Loving Kindness gently dissolves the tendency to block our natural feelings of confidence and love. This practice leads us, in a simple and profound way, to an increasingly genuine and unconditional love.
This retreat will provide the tools to establish Loving Kindness as a source of nourishment and well-being in our life and to integrate it meaningfully into our everyday reality.
PLEASE NOTE - There is also a weekend option, 7-8 October, for this retreat
With great clarity and warmth, Andrew Warr and Odile de Simone will guide us in a process of learning and discovering, through which we can begin to transform our attitudes and relationships, develop strength and resilience, and bring more wisdom and compassion into every aspect of our lives.
