A Buddhist Contemplation Retreat with Andy Karr
Exploring the mind, matter and the nature of reality
Dates: from 18 to 23 October
Drawing upon two of Andy Karr’s acclaimed books, Into the Mirror and Contemplating Reality, this retreat provides a welcome and accessible entry into classical Buddhist inquiry—bridging ancient insight with modern understanding. Through a unique combination of talks, guided contemplations, experiential exercises, and extensive sitting and walking meditation, together we will create a space where clarity, compassion, and genuine transformation can unfold.
Whether you’re new to Buddhist philosophy or seeking to deepen your existing practice, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of reality, a stronger connection to your inner wisdom, and tools to integrate these insights into daily life.
Come and discover the buddha nature that dwells within.
If you wish to stay for up to 3 extra days, take your time, contemplate and enjoy the Lerab Ling environment, please contact the registration team: registration@rigpa.org
