Michèle Bédiée has been studying and practicing Buddhist teachings for nearly 30 years in the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhist under the spiritual direction of Sogyal Rinpoche. She has been involved for many years supporting people in difficulty—mainly in nursing homes. She relies on her experience as a volunteer and her knowledge of Buddhist teachings to bring many courses, weekends and retreats to life. Her main subjects are meditation, compassion and how to support people in difficulty and at the end of life.
