Every year, more than 15,000 visitors come to discover Lerab Ling Temple and its exceptional site, driven by curiosity, a desire to relax, or to find peace and inspiration. We offer guided visits of the temple and the site, as well as Discovery Days, for individuals or groups.
If you enjoy interacting with the public and look forward to welcoming, guiding and informing them about Lerab Ling’s activities, join our team of volunteers who accompany visitors around the site and in the temple.
When and how?
Depending on your availability, during the visiting season from April to October.
- On Sundays, during temple visits; you will join the welcome staff, guides and volunteers to assist visitors arriving between 1.30 pm and 5.00 pm.
- On weekdays, you will take part in a guided group tour lasting approximately two hours. Together with the guide, you will accompany a group (between 20 and 50 people) from their arrival until their departure.
Fluency in French is essential.
We warmly welcome applications from all volunteers, whether you have recently discovered Lerab Ling and have been moved by its atmosphere, or you are a student who attends regular retreats.
