OUR PROGRAMME IN LERAB LING
Welcoming children and teenagers from all over the world
Children and teenagers from many different countries gather in Lerab Ling each summer to participate in a series of two-week programmes which take place in parallel with the main retreats. All are welcome, regardless of social, cultural, ethnic or religious background.
Parents can relax and focus on their own retreat while their children are cared for by a team of creative and dynamic holders. The children's participation in the programme is optional. More and more programmes are offered in Lerab Ling throughout the whole year.
The natural setting of Lerab Ling is both spacious and well-protected. At 800m altitude, situated on the Larzac plateau, the 160-hectare site consists of woods, fields and gardens surrounding the retreat accommodation and other buildings.
The children's programme is housed on a half-hectare site on the side of a hill with magnificent views.

All items must be clearly labelled with the child's name.

- ● Sunhats (several, as they get lost easily)

- ● Big water bottles
- ● Full-length trousers and socks (against ticks)
- ● Warm jumpers
- ● Warm socks
- ● Good walking shoes
- ● Boots for rain
- ● Waterproof rain-coat
- ● Sportswear
- ● Good backpack
Please note - make sure that your children do not bring any knives or electronic devices such as iPod, iPad, playstation or mobile phones to the Programme.
