Open to everyone—of any faith or none, beginners and experienced meditators—Lerab Ling offers a range of ways to engage: from daily online meditation and free monthly meditation days, through to profound, silent meditation retreats. Rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, our teachers share practices that have benefited them—so they can benefit us too.
